Hi All,my last working day is April 18.And we know variable pay will be credited in May salary.Can we expect a variablepay for DEC 2024 TO APRIL 2025 In my final settlement?

You are eligible but again percentage will be very less , its your manager and lead call on that. Even then can put 0 as well .
