Hey guys, how are you using remaining Earned/sick leave which eventually getting to be vanished at the end of December? or it's gonna be wasted as always?

Leaves are money, that's why it's on the offer letter. It is not a bonus but a part. Would you waste your money? never let a leave vanish . Do something on that day. Stalk your crush's in physical and virtual world if you have to but dont go to the office.
