Hi Manager has made my life Miserable by his Micro management and Making me work all the weekends and not giving planned leaves. Also extending me work day and my Logging hours are more then 12hr
If I try to reach HR for project release they are asking to check with manager and manager not agreeing for release as they are sharp deadline and they cannot afford backlog and your replacement will taking time for gauging up.....
Also 4 of my own team members and 13 of other team members resigned due to this to torcher and Even Hr is not pitching in on this issue and there are well versed with managers and only listen to the manager.
Please advise what i can do to survive and get a project release. Please provide your valuable feedback. Thank you

Are they thinking the human are machine they are making you to extend and they are even asking to do weekends
Ask your manager to sut and work on weekend then they will get to know the pain.

Yes friend, he also threats me that I will not approve your leaves or don't come to me if your rating are less. And the terrible thing is HR is not at all addressing this issue and he don't reply in teams at all
First, quickly apply for project release via TMP. Your HM can not reject the request, they can only delay it.
Prioritize your health and well-being first. When they ask you to work for next weekend. Simply say that you are unavailable. Don't explain what personal task or why you are not available.
About long hours, you are anyways expected to work for 10+ hours, so don't fight on that ground.
Manager will release you.
Dint you complete the mandatory harrasment related training?
Stop working completely when your manager asks say him I am done with this project I won't work here anymore do this for 3-4 days he will kick you out from the project and you can find another one
Take sick leave . Switch off your phone.
Well. All the mgr b*****s are like this 🤷 only then. My case is due to heavy workload I need to work on weekends 😠too to cope up with bloody deadlines. He is unable to understand the complexity of the TCs that needs to be automated. Even if asking for release the bloody stupid 🤡 fellow not cooperating properly
Tell him what you think and resign🤣
