Unsuccessful PIP but instead of terminating extending it by 2 months also if left after that does my BGV will include rehire eligibility

Unsuccessful PIP but instead of terminating they are extending it by 2 months also if resign before start of another pip after that does my BGV will include rehire eligibility if go to new company and can cause my offer cancelled. Really depressed about this situation as mine out 4 weeks review they 3 weeks reviews went above expectations they gave me the reason for another pip is to see the continuation progress but currently I almost cleared all the round in 1 company waiting for offer letter worrying does in BGV my rehire eligibility can be flagged.

Suggest you to consider new offer rather than worrying about pip. BGV usually do not check performance at past employer it just checks your presence

Was it due to performance issue or due to politics you were put on pip . Being depressed won’t change things just take new offer and run.

No one gives a damn about past performance. Almost every one of us was a poor performer at one point of time but became a top performer at another time.

Lol, performance is not checked in BGV go for the new offer. I will not ask for details why this PIP got extended for you, reason being it will just be your side of the story rather than that I will strongly advice you to look for the next offer move away BGV only checks couple of things, when your PF was contributed into was it your company's name or not and whether you worked there or not.

I think pip is not even checked when joining new org, so why even bother

Quite normal in Accenture. There r very low genuine cases of non performers in pip. Most of the pips are due to grudges, politics and movement from one project to another.

So forget about pip and consider switching. And No, there will be no impact on bgv for ypur new company

I don’t think they place anywhere about your PIP on your experience letter.
You resign as usual and the notice period criteria is waived for you and it is from immediate effect.

You can look for some other offers in the meantime.

If I resign I still have to serve 2 months notice period ? And what about BGV

PIP are designed to fail the candidate. Move on.

Yes I am not expecting anything but all things making it very stressful for me the uncertainty

Legally speaking, employers cannot put any performance related remarks in relieving or experience letters, nor they can sabotage by commenting on performance or behavioural aspects even if asked in BGV. So if you have any offer in hand you can safely resign, the reason of leaving will be resignation only.

BGV never include rehire eligibility. It is only to verify if your experience is real. No company shares performance or rehire status to anyone. But after PIP there may be termination but chances are too low you should get clear exit. Dont worry about bgv, it will pass . Resign asap.

If you have offer , negotiate an early release. It won't affect BGV , you will get a regular experience & relieving letter.
