Working for someone is a mess and I fucking hate when someone shouts or yells at me.
Again I remember the sentence told by Naval Ravikant " It's better to run a 10 people agency than working in a million people company.
being yelled at is very triggering for me. I would never let that go unaddressed.

It's not like your clients won't yell at you or your employees won't bad mouth you behind your back.

Facing a similar situation today and I'd say - even at your own agency you'll have to deal with egoistic megalomaniac clients and customers 🙃🙃
