Unlimited limited leaves is a scam for indian employees!
My manager who is a European is going on a leave for 1 month now + 1 month in December + 15 days of official holidays and here I am hesitant to take a leave for even 1 day even when sick.
Did you face this hesitation and how did you handle it? I am reaching burn out level but i am unable to take leaves because of this hesitation

In Europe those leaves are mandated by the government. So if you are comparing india to Europe then forget it 😂 in india you get 21-22 leave per annum, whats stopping you from taking them? Whats the root cause of your hesitation? Has your employer/manager shared that in writing? If yes then thats illegal. If not then you have to think for yourself and take the leave. There will never come a time in corporate life in India where your manager will suggest you to take a leave. Its your life and don’t live scared like a slave, you are an employee of the company!!

IKR but for some reason I'm always hesitant and there's always something I need to complete

leaves are your right, never ask, just tell u ain't slave

Anything they say unlimited is a scam. When a company talks too much of family/learning/culture is usually shitty. The company that talks rules is by far better.

Ye policy hoti skbe paas h, deta koi nhi h !!
