Unhappy leave policy 😅

If only all the Indian companies did this.... More likely that they would ask you to come to the office all 7 days if you're unhappy

And they will not pay for that leave

Rather it would be "never come to work anymore" 😅

Why would any ody be happy to go to work?. This is like saying " looking forward for a colonoscopy".

Unhappy leave policy is similar to the unlimited leave policy.

And what about the employees who are always/completely unhappy with the job? 😕
