Unexpected In-Person Interview for Infosys 3rd Round
I had 2 rounds of virtual interview with Infosys on 3rd may. And yesterday on may 14th i got a call from hr and we had a discussion about salary and compensation and then he said i will have another face to face interview with infosys. Can anyone let me know what will be asked in the interview and what is the purpose of the interview and can they reject me if I didn’t perform well.

Its because of cheating people are doing in virtual interviews. Especially the nice andhra guys 😂

It's the same in my case. They asked to give one more technical interview f2f. Later HR informed that it will not be technical discussion just the ID verification.
Can you share what happened exactly?
I think they want to verify the candidate who gave the interview is same or not...
one news I heard was one candidate cleared the interview with the help of proxy and was high performing in giving answers in interview but after getting hired in infy , it was found him to be opposite.ie lacked knowledge and poor performance was reported and when reported he was terminated, So probably because of this they might be verifying hiring 😂😂
