Company has turned cashflow positive as per the founder. However all the founders have been selling their stake non stop whenever the funding came. That should communicate about the future that they are envisioning for the company

1 year back all startups were losing money like crazy while all of a sudden everyone from Swiggy to Meesho to Unacademy are profitable or EBITDA positive. Other companies which were profitable earlier have not shown a spike in profit.

I have had ESOPS in 2 companies #1 - company got acquired ..I got 45 Lacs IN ESOP ...thats 1.5X of my last annualize...

So again Unacademy has asked people to leave, and asked them to resign.

Leadership is so clueless about what they are doing, they fired 3-4 people whom they had hired a month ago. Imagine the situation 😂

And I don't see this stopping ...
