Hi all,

Kinda stuck in unrewarding environment. Got just one hike in last 4 yr. Looking to revise my compensation but due to personal commitment unable to focus on switch.

I have got OS & CD in last 4 yr, DQ - 190, 3 RISE awards so far. Have decent dependency and good rapport with manager.

Will this help me getting a retention hike, if yes how much??

Don't expect anything. I have os rating for last three year with DQ of 230. I am the key member of team and also well versed in AI technology. I was just asking for 30% hike but they are only talking about onsite opportunities and all. They clearly told that no Hike.

How come you didn't receive any hike bro in last 4 yrs? Did you ask them what's the reason for not receiving any hike??

Joined as fresher. So wasn't eligible in 1st yr .. then cost cutting for another 2 yr..
