What is NI rating?

Not just next: it’s for the whole year

I got selected in ijp before the rating release
Now i got the rating as NI WILL THIS IMPACT MY PROMOTION?

I joined in sep don't have any rating got 65% rating

Can this rating change if we raise concerns. Like with me i got ME in probation in Sept and NI in October by the same manager. And in September starting I got release as well. Rating was given without any discussion. They got me in their project where my skillset was not matching I worked for 3.5 months there.

I don't have a rating yet. As I joined Dec. But still I got 72%

In my unit NI got 20 %

Willl get new rating in the mid year evaluation right? If we get good rating thr thn also we won't get bonus?
