Trending @Infosys; Need help/suggestion on WFH pre-approval requests

My manager is approving WFH pre-approval request level 1 but DM level 2 is not approving. He is asking for HR approval, when I checked with HR even though she is not approving even I have a valid reason and provided her the medical docs, so what should I do in this case. I'm leading a project and have a dependency.

Can I put the resignation or what should I do becz going to the office is not possible due to a valid reason.? Please suggest.

Better you apply on duty and get it approved from your manager.

Drop an email HR manager with your valid reason. They will understand. One of my colleagues got it approved from HR.

Yes this worked for me also .. not at the start but after I submitted legit medical docs with x-ray and stuff

What reason the HR is giving to not approve it? You should tell him/her that my manager is giving approval for it.

Not sure, HR is asking for DM approval, and DM is asking for HR approval, basically they both are playing.

You won't get approval from DM if HR doesnt approve. Its coming from top leadership. Please understand each and every level here is employee. We cant expect more. If it doesn't suit you, plan on resigning.

Same happened to me. I am on notice period, they did not approve my WFH pre approval all of sudden. I don't know what to do for last 3 days which is already passed. I can start going to office from tomorrow

On Duty won't work.. WFH will be deducted

The Last Resort would be to resign. Ask your manager to talk to the HR. If that doesn’t work let them know your time with infy is over. Resign and stop working 🙂
