Trending @Infosys; I got mail from cyber security team

I have put some python source code in ChatGPT. I just want to resolve one error and I am stuck in that that's why just put that code in ChatGPT.How I can handle this now. Please guide me also they notify my manager also they expecting some inputs from manager also. How I can handle this now.

I also received an email from them. I panicked at that moment. But later they told me to explain the reason, I explained to them the valid reason, BTW, the info is not related to Infy, So they closed that incident.

Hey do they know what we put in chatgpt even if we dont login like did they show u what u had pasted in chatgpt?

Yes they know they attache files what we search in incident details my case it is still in progress approval pending with HR, manager and L2 manager approved

If you have logged in with some email... Delete the chat history from chatgpt and log out and log in with some other email id.
The same happened with me also when I was in TCS. I explain the scenario that I was using it to enhance my coding skills and nothing to do with project related things. Even I said if you guys need i can provide my credentials you can check what i searched for. So the incidents got closed.

Any kind of AI search like ChatGPT in Infosys browser is not allowed. But it is not mentioned anywhere. You can reply to the security team that you have used it for your own practice not for any project purpose and loop your manager also. You didn't disclose any sensitive details either for your organisation or project as you have used it for your own practice. That's it.

Don't worry, you can simply explain the whole scenario to your manager and also to the cyber security team. They won't take any action post that.
