I am a JL5 employee, got commendable rating but received only 7% hike (1st hike in 3 years) and just 70% performance bonus (variable pay). Got depressed and when raised questions, TL,project manager, delivery manager and HR not giving any justification for it.
I have understood their game and made myself available only during the work hours. My TL is now arguing that this approach is not right and will not help the team.
Polotics in the team are at extreme level and TL encourages only his chemchaas.
Since staying with Infy is not going to help in any means, started looking for a suitable job.

Direct your energy to meaningful conversations, instead of arguing with mangers or DM ,Start applying for IJP in parallel or look outside ,know ur worth instead of expecting things to happen , make things happen yourself..You don’t know when magic can happen .. stay positive 😊

Same politics with me. I was given ME based on language barriers I don’t know Tamil so I got bad rating. When I oppose they told client has given so that they can get off from this.

I was waiting for my promotion from last 2 quarter and they said it will be effective from next quarter. They also affected my skill Tag incentive due to production utilization under 85% but I was assigned to this project from last 3 year. Finally, I didn't wait for promotion any more and out the resignation without having any good offer in hand. Hope I will get something better but nomore want to stay here

Better I was promised tl now they put a guy who is just got ta position 7 months back as tl and I am asked to report under him not to mention I am at level 5 this is way out of the line I asked my manager replied don’t know why I recommended she is playing games
