Trending @Infosys; Does Infosys retain their employees?

I am thinking of putting papers with no offer in hand. Will Infosys retain me as i have a lot of dependency in the project.

If yes, Will they first send me the retention hike letter or they will first ask me to take back the resignation.

Also, please tell in 90 days of notice period, When i can expect the retention hike letter?
