Does anyone know why I am not promoted for associate level? I completed 2 years in March. I got a 4 rating but still....
You joined as Trainee and want promotion to associate after 2 year real clown moment.
@VICIOUSELDER Having expectations is a great thing and if you don't get your due promotion or hike and asking for it take real guts. So, I see no clown here but a very intelligent and smart person. @Nice1 Talk to your HM and get clarification on this.
@IfUrBadIamUrDad Everyone is entitled for hikes and promotions. Freshers are a investment that an organization does with a very high return. I say kudos to this person who is so vigilant about their growth and everyone should be.
For PAT to Associate promotion you need 2 yrs + 3 months experience, following month you'll get the promotion
Probably you will get this August
