Once we keep resign then in how many days we will be get to our LWD. And once we get LWD can we negotiate to reduce with HR... can anyone pls suggest . Will they calculate for 60 days of to stay.

Default 90 days... If your current assignment in your project ends before that and there is no dependency on you,You can ask for early release from HR and HM..
