I received an email from HR saying 3days/week WFO but manager confirmed me to WFH as project dont have ODC. Is it okay to WFH or will cause any issue ahead.

Same issue with me. Its all messed up. Managers say dont work from non ODC, its against sec. HR keeps pushing

They are playing with us..same in our project we got a mail that 2 to 3 days but they are forcing us to come 3 days without fail
