Hey folks. Just checking – have any of you received an update on the eligibility list for PA to A promotion (Q3) from your Project Manager or HCM in the last 2–3 days? If yes, please share your update here. And for those who haven’t received anything yet, you can also mention it so that we all get some clarity on what’s happening for Q3.

Checked with HR.. they will confirm whether getting promotion or not by Sep 23rd...

@WiseComposite78 bro hr will send the list to sr managers.. then after that nly will confirm.. now the thing is that whether HR sent the list to ur managers?? Any info and wt is ur domain?

Check with EDL or AD they get the list , few folks reached out to them and they were eligible as per EDL and AD

Does EDL and AD depends upon projects or upon domain? Like all of AIA has one EDL and AD or different EDL and ADs based on projects.
