I am from the QEA NFT domain and will be having 36 months exp on July 12 Rating-3 Already having utilisation > 75 RTO - all good Goals- Completed
When I asked my HM he said will nominate me, What type of politics is going on with me don't know no clarity when I ask my hm for any improvement he just says you are doing good.
But still no promotion!!!!! Its been 6 months I am waiting for promotion all the peers who joined with or after me all get promoted.

people’s should understand that there is no automation promotion only BU approval will give you promotion

Check with HM and PM first. If you are not satisfied with their response and reason for promotion rejection. Message you EDL directly.
