Trending @Cognizant; I have a 0/1 day work model (permission to WFH from the client). Still, do I need to report to the office for a promotion?

I'm a PA. For next quarter's promotions eligibility in December, do I need to report to the office even though I have a zero-days work model? Can someone tell me when this promotion process starts so that I can discuss it with my manager during that time?

Nothing like that, if your manager is not raising any concerns,it's all fine , I went to the office totally 10 times only in the last 5 years , promoted to SA 10 months ago.

From cognizant side you have to follow 2.5 days/week work from ofc model actually...so if you have completed 30 months, maintain 2.5 days/week wfo + utilization > 75% + rating > 2 you will get autopromotion.

Which project has 0/1 day work model?

The whole project is not a 0/1 day work model; we have a bunch of members, around 10, who are working from home in the second shift as requested by the client.

No need to go office if your work model is 0/1 in system.
