So basically what they will offer is basic 3 months pay and earned leave encashment, but if you were trying to get a project and you can show that you were applying to projects on TMP and reaching out to managers and colleagues, you can negotiate up to 6 months of payment along with earned leave encashment. This happened with my friend this July.
