Trending @Capgemini; Resignation During or After BOTP!
So Currently People are being put on BOTP (PIP) because of project shortage and Long Bench duration. 95% of time you will fail BOTP and HR Will ask us to resign with 1 month notice period and 2 months salary will be credited during fnf.
What would be the case if I resign myself during BOTP? Will I be given same. Or Hr will ask me to serve 90 days NP Or will ask me to serve only one but NO 2 month salary in advance.

Yes I was on BOTP also and my result also came you know how was my result. "Negative" even after my good efforts, than my HR asked me to resign while connecting with me on MS Teams.
I m also on bench since 2 months so is it possible that those ppl vl put me in botp or pip? In prev projects i got good feedback but while in bench of this 2 months o hardly get 2 calls for proj n also nt selected so do they give negative anything like botp n pip? N also my n+1 is not that much supported so may b he will do anything ?
