I am having 5 YOE in SAP. I have joined as a fresher in Accenture and right now I’m at level 9. My CTC is 15 lpa. I know that i will get 15-20% hike in November cycle. Should i resign before November or after that?

Oh so u are 100% confident that u'll get hike that too 15-20% ?? Here people are getting trap in terms of hike and if they lucky enough to get the hike that too 5-8%
