You can do. 90 days notice period sucks. It is really hard to move out because of the np. Believe me man, do it and you will get a job if you continue to apppy ! People will never suggest u to take risk. Think by yourself and do whatever feels right to u

Hey bro, don't resign. Just upgrade skills and focus on technical skills at least the coming 3 months. Prepare well. Try to prepare a good naukari profile with good keywords. Once u get the new offer then resign. Else it will be more difficult to handle the pressure. Just friendly suggestion 😀

@TemptingMillstone never resign without offer in hand ! It sounds fancy but in reality it is very stressful! And the last thing you want is take back your resignation!

It is a great decision. I resigned without offer and now I have more than 100% hike
