It is based on your base locations, some locations like Chennai and Coimbatore only have up to 45 days.

Depending on location you can encashment it is also linked to fixed pay

Example if you have 525000 then you will get around 46 K for 24 days

How to calculate this? Will they deduct tax also before pay? Consider i have 30 earned leave and fix pay is 1280000 ₹ fixed pay PA

You will get around 1,47,000 and no tax will be taken now while filling ITR you need to pay tax for that
