What is your total years of experience? If its less than 10 years then I would say capgemini. If it is between 3-6 years then go for Infosys. If it is more than 10 years, you can go for TCS depending on the role and responsibilities they are providing you

Join with higher salary - in future you're going to get expected CTC based on the current CTC - so salary matters for HR not skills and experience.

Based on the role select the company. If all 3 companies with same role then go with highest CTC. All are service based and similar type of companies. We can’t say which is good company from these 3. It is based on ur luck and project which u get

none of them, if you are senior then join one of them but if you are in 20-30s please find a midsized company, i was part of 2 companies. these are good companies but problem is hiked really less and in future you will again start complaining about it. anyways congratulations to you!
