Trending @Accenture; I got an offer from Capgemini

I got an offer from Capgemini with 13L as fixed. I am currently working in Accenture from this July 5th 2024 with a 9.4 fixed+ 197000 variable +65800 joining bonus.

Please suggest to me whether it is a good time to switch or stay in Accenture?

I am into SAP security and GRC domain WITH 3.11 YOE.

Go for it if you are not happy with project. Anyways it would take 1 or 2 more year to reach that package if you stay

Hi, Could you please let me know how many days Capgemini took to release the offer letter. For me they took all the documents and also aadhar with a selfie they've taken still not received an offer letter.

Let me tell you CG hikes for SAP domain are quit less. I have few colleagues in same domain with same & senior level experience. They themselves are switching

What's the variable pay offered at Capgemini

They have max 15% variable pay but i think Variable pay applies after senior analyst role, In Accenture it applies to all and higher designation will have higher variable.

In terms of variable pay Capgemini is better.
