Can only be possible through someone who is working in that project

Inform ur current manager/supervisor on your interest on new skill and change the primary skill and get rolled off then search for the project(FYI-there is iaspire also you can go with)

If you are ready for staffing i.e not with any project it is possible, however if you are currently staffed , there should be strong demand for that technology for them to consider you , either way it is better if you change your primary skill to that of which you are looking, if it is done there is high chance you may get contacted
