Folks promoted in June Cycle from Level 11 to Level 10 . Mind sharing what percentage of hike did you receive? And Before and After Base Pay ?

Joined Accenture as fresher. TOE- 3 years.
Basepay: 676875 Hike: 35% New Base pay : 913782

My career level was 10 when I resigned.

Yup Accenture does not deserve good talent from tier 1 colleges . Using promotion as a leverage to get better offer makes much more send rather than staying here 🀣

Received 50% on my base.
Joined in 2021 at 3.75 base at lvl 12 got promoted to lvl 11 in 2023 at base 6.45 and lvl 10 in June 2024 at base 9.67. Thinking of dropping papers soon. πŸ™‚

Same here .. joined as level 11 in August 22 with base pay 9 LPA. 2 years completed yet no hike or promotion . Accenture is just giving worthless awards instead of promotion πŸ˜•. Hoping to get promotion in November cycle and resign after 2-3 months for better offer πŸ˜†

Yoe : 3.7 year Joined as level 11 from campus Before june promotion : 8.7 lpa ( MAL 39 ) After promotion to lvl 10; 11 lpa (25% hike) Switched company after promotion : 15 lpa ( 37% hike) Joining new company on oct second week!
