Trending @Accenture; FYI-10% resource from each level from each Delivery Unit will be put in PIP.
This will be repeated in next cycle as well. Don’t expect hikes or promotion unless you are extremely critical to the project even though you have high MAL or in the good books of your PL.Just hope you have the job. Else look for other options. Situation is extremely toxic. It will be across level - starting from L6 to L10.Leadership is hell bent on increasing revenue in any way. 70000 employees worldwide will be affected. TCS layoff news was available in media but this will be most brutal silent layoff.

Delivery Unit or project?

Imagine if a project have 5 cl 8 all critical. Just to meet target they won't throw resource, bcoz that would hamper project deliverables. Hence bigger picture, full DU. From some project less people, and for some more resource.

What new did you discover here? ACN has always put close to ~10% people on PIP every year(except in 2022)… the number 10% is not fixed thou… but whenever the voluntary attrition numbers are high the forced attrition percent drops…

I got negative feedback from my manager by email but I don't know why they gave a retention bonus.will they keep in pip

I also got a improvement mail from my manager. What does that mean?? I am concerned

Should NP employees bother about this ?

NP people will be first to put to PIP bcoz that's win win for everyone. You still going, and manager saved employee job who wants to work. Simple. This is common practice. But only if u are serving NP in december too.

Do certificate in your area. Keep proficency P3 or P3 plus. Then less chances you will be in pip

It's common practice in Accenture, but impacts only 1-2% of people.
Majority of PIP is given to people who left or are in notice period, after that non billable people.

Will CL-12 ppl also be impacted?
