May I know which area you are from support or Migration/implementation? If you are from migration you can get 20+ ,in support 18lpa will pay and I m having 6.3 support and implementation 11lpa 😂

Then you can ask 20lpa fixed ,or switch to another company to get a hike on the current package

I think you are adding more fuel, this isn't necessary. If you have already read several underpaid questions, you would probably know that you are paid well or more. This poll or question is unnecessary
