We have a lead in our team . She/He is not technically strong and not even in process wise. She/He always asks me how did I fixed the incidents ,technical activities etc, she/he always expects that I should tell him whatever I am doing which I don’t like it. The main reason for that is she/he want to learn the stuff from me. Even I don’t tell all the stuff that am doing because my job is to work on the tasks by taking them independently but not to explain what I am doing to her/him.
These clashes she/he reported to manager, I said my manager that I am here to work but not to teach people. My manager will tell me that it’s not like that every one is not strong technically so I should support, that’s why there are b2/b1/b3 level team members in team something like this
After that encounter with manager I was depressed and stopped talking to my lead. Because I know I can work independently. Now seems she/he is about to released from project and she/he is thinking that I am the one who complained about him and that’s the reason she/he getting released.
I already told her/him that I am not the reason for his/her release. But he/she started complaining very frequently for silly silly things to my manager
I am very much disappointed. This is turning my daily work as toxic .

Hi, umm it's good u don't want to mention his/her identity. U kept saying he / she except there's a HIM u missed. It's ok, leave it.
These kind of situations will happen everywhere,
there's nothing we can do! Focus on yourself, and as u mentioned, it seems you have good knowledge so, just try to showcase your achievements and other works. Trust me, No manager wants to release a good resource!

In such situations, the best solution is to showcase your completed deliverables to your boss's boss frequently. This will make your work visible.
Your boss has completely misunderstood the reason behind release, that his his/ her problem, not yours.
If this does not work, look for internal transfer or else look for a similar role in a new organisation, which I did and I am very happy with my decision because I got salary hike and culture I looked for!

Don't worry all these things are common here at wipro .that lead cannot do anything .If you want to take revenge or close this matter ,I would suggest you write all these things in the mail ,send to your manager and cc your lead and BCC Delivery manager ,ADH and your HR. In a few days the year end review will start.
