Tower Research SDET review needed

A friend of mine is getting an offer for an SDET role in Tower Research. I have heard of quite high pay and quite low WLB frequently. But I wanted to know of the latest ground reality before any advising. So, do you folks recommend it? The friend is currently working at a multinational logistics company as an SDET with a healthy pay at ~3 YOE.

I personally don't know someone working there right now, but have met with a few people who worked there earlier (IITD graduates from mid 2010s). They definitely were smart folks, and at the time regarded Tower Research well, they worked there for many years.
