Total Environment is a shit show

Premium on the outside, mismanaged af on the inside. They pay well but delay salaries by 2-3 months. Senior folks sometimes have to deal with upto 6 months delay in salary, that too when they have to support their families.

Shibanee and Kamal are both annoying micro managers. Almost no one likes to deal with them in the company.

Windmills could have been much better but there's some idiot lording it over there too.

Do not join at any cost. Not worth it. No growth, no future prospects.
