Took a hit on health

I am currently serving last days of my notice period during which last week I had enough of my Manager making things difficult unnecessarily which triggered me to the extreme. After that day I am having a continuous heartbeat of 80-110 BPM when I wake up, have continuous headache, my cold is running from past 6 days and feel blood rushing all over my face and head constantly.

I am not blaming my manager completely as I have a lot to take stress on in my life but that day something inside me triggered. I really don't know if currently I am patient of high blood pressure or not.

Just wanted to convey to someone.

Leave everything, focus on yourself, talk to people you love, get a health checkup done at the earliest. All this seems just because of stress so focus on things that make u happy, 90% of stress goes away if you laugh and be happy from inside, over next few days do what u like ignore all negativity. Sit for sometime daily in front of God, visit temple, meditate, find peace, don't let ur brain think too much so try keeping it busy in a hobby, draw something (even if u suck at it), let your creativity out and shine. Finally, health takes priority, money can wait.

I’m really sorry to hear that. If possible, please try to take a break and rest and recharge. If you feel something is really off with your health, please do talk to the doctor.

I used to get such high heart rate when I used to have anxiety once upon a time so best to check it out with a doctor
