There has been a churning of thoughts and cries of helplessness in the corporate world due to toxic work culture over the last 3-5 years.

Recently, I visited an eye hospital for my cousin, and the experience there left me at a loss for words. I extend my great appreciation to the entire team at Cure Sight Laser Center, Ahmedabad, especially to Dr. Parimal Desai, his team member Falguni Pandya, the front desk team, doctors special mention to Dr Pratiksha and the administrative official Ms. Mamta the warrior queen. 🙌

I gained some inspirational insights that I would like to share with all leaders.

Toxic work culture does not start at the middle level; it begins with top stakeholders and CEOs who push down their greedy approach, draining the common, honest, and dedicated person—much like colonizers did.

Your efforts may not always be appreciated, but look at what the spider did. The spider used up all its energy and web fluid.

It's time to rest and have patience. With time, more fluids will be generated, enabling it to escape.

So relax, just like this spider. Give time to yourself and enjoy, especially when you feel you’ve lost control over things.

Then, start the journey again and free yourself. 🔥🦋

Don’t get pushed around; don't be a rabbit in a world of wolves and hyenas. Stop the normalized sweet talk in corporate environments out of fear of offending someone.

Be a lion or lioness. Be honest, humble, good-hearted, and give your full dedication, but don’t tolerate abuse or disrespect. The more you allow it, the deeper you will become trapped in this jungle of darkness, so make your roar heard.

Because no job or salary is worth sacrificing your time, energy, and mental health.

Start speaking the truth, build 2-3 strong skills, and communicate respectfully yet fearlessly. This will boost your confidence and kick fear out of your mind.

Work with great determination and dedication, and live life as a fearless warrior. 💪

If you do this, even if you are a fresh employee, in 2-3 years, you will evolve into a great leader, and you will find immense joy in creating great leaders. 🔥
