This is why I hate my company...

Saw this in my company group here. Sometimes I just want to leave this place and start my own company for real.

What are your thoughts on this? Does this happen at your company as well?

Bro I’ve been in similar situation, in TCS and have come out first from the project, then I even left the company.. i can explain u in detail jist remind me in evening

Even the mail is very similar to what I received during my tenure 😅 I guess all managers specially South Indians are same 😂😂

If it's too much for you to handle quit,with enough financial backup. I did the same with Accenture.All service based companies are infested toxic managers and people with no drive to achieve anything in life.
