Turn off recommendations and watch history on YouTube. Now you will be forced to search for what you want to see and you will see only that
I am a content creator on insta and yt and I only open insta to post my reels , other big creators have their account managed by agency they themselves don't use it. That's the truth

I have uninstalled Instagram like an year and a half ago,
no memes, no reels - it was consuming a lot of my time + doomscrolling is so so bad
never been more sane, happier and productive.
