I have to call bs. I've seen top performers/money makers being tortured and quit because they didn't respect someone higher up. Ego matters more than business to many folks

I call BS on this. Regardless of how much money you make, disrespect is not tolerated. I’ve seen folks being tortured into quitting for lesser.

I also believe it's bs . Irrelevant of how much money you are making for the company, it would be insufficient to surplus the hurt ego of the higher executive .
