Today just met a sardarji running agency doing 7L revenue monthly, while paying 500-2000 per video to his editors, he explained about scaling to other tasks.
people are making insane money from a employee perspective, but from my "experience" talking with numerous people in India it's virtually impossible to scale any sort of agency beyond 5cr annual revenue, even breaching the 60L puts in outliers.
Please refer me whoever's making 35L a month 🥲
