Hello fellow grapeviners! Those who are planning to join Samsung or have accepted offers from Samsung please note that the company is going through major overhaul of wfh (hybrid) policy which is basically they have totally scrapped it.

Henceforth from 1st April nobody is allowed to wfh. Everyone has to compulsively check in to the office between 8.30 am to 9.30 am in the morning and finish 9 hours and then leave.

HR is being dumb and giving blunt answers such as 1. if you you travel from far away to the office for work then move closer to the office. 2. If you receive some urgent work when you go back home you will have to work from home as well as come to the office and work! 3. No flexibility in terms of timings to come in and go out. 4. This is a least employee friendly company.
