The Rise of Remote Team Celebrations

Remote work has disoriented how people acknowledge significant events. In my work at HeyCoach, I began to observe that virtual team events are the new trend. One has to wonder how we have learned to celebrate through zoom calls, virtual games as well as gift giving via parceling.
