The Official Biasness

Do we still have a trend of facing in discrimination at workplace!? Or is it just me who can see it!

We have a large team and surprisingly there are few teacher’s pet who are unfazed with the ongoing work pressure from the clients as they happen to be in the top tier who has absolutely no responsibility or accountability for the work, but still manage to get away with no dips in their report card!

It takes away the hard work and effort that some people actually strive to put in!

P.S. have been holding it in for quite some time now!
