Terminations in Accenture

In Accenture, So Many people are being forced to resign even if they are on the bench for 15-20 days.

They are calling employees and asking them to resign by EOD or by the next day. And the interesting part is they are asking employees to send a resignation email stating you have a medical emergency or personal issue. So that HR or Accenture cannot be held by for terminating employees.

I am curious why no one is speaking about it openly especially the people who got already terminated.

So many people are losing jobs and there is no outrage, news in any media or platform about it.

THIS NEEDS TO STOP...

If they are doing so people can just raise the consumer court case altogether. If there are many people they will take action immediately and one more thing there many openings is going on then is it like that they are ready to do lateral hire but wanted to fire their own employee where they have already spent so much money

He he consumer court in India is a joke

People are making fun of consumer court. But being a educated one m saying. First of all don't get forced to resign as per there requirement irritate them back(do whatever u wish to survive 9 to 6 in office get ur salary. They will place you somewhere to use ur productivity. Its HR department work to get productivity as per each employee skills. Secondaly don't mail such thing...rather say i am sending mail that company or loop each and every employee that you are asking to resign and then also ask mail approval that yes we are asking only then resign that is also when u get another job(just ask them to use me as man power or why i will resign with no job, i have house to run) Lastly, go to consumer court with voice recordings, mails confirmations and many more as much proof u can after getting new job in hand and all necessary documents in hand from accenture or any fucking company who do this!

This silent termination will end when we will stand together and act smarter than these nonsense creatures in our INDIA 🇮🇳

Why do companies hire in india? Bcoz of Poor Labour Laws, Cheap Labour.

You're here to pay taxes. Deal issues on your own.

How the mighty have fallen!
I still remember in 2022 when my colleague was recommending me to take accenture's offer because they give good hikes

Even I joined Accenture hearing this from my friend. I still regret not joining HSBC

FloatingPancake

I still didn't join Accenture because i found out my ex had also joined Accenture a few months back.
I joined UST instead. UST has some policies which they strictly adhere to but overall turned out to be a good choice

Raised this concern with FITE forum for IT employees they will take an action against Accenture.

This is ridiculous and does not mean to sign a contract of notice period of 90 days at the time of joining the organisation.

DizzyUnicorn
DizzyUnicorn

How will you prove it. Because here employees are putting resignation. Accenture can be denied anytime that they ask an employee to resign.

SillyDonut
SillyDonut

You don’t put resignation yourself and say to HR I can’t. U will serve 90 days after this 90days over. They will terminate you as per contract. That’s it. If they will put pressure over you then ask formal email which should state that HR saying you to resign without completing 99days notice period.

Let’s wait HR response after your action as i said you in above lines

This is true, it has happened with one resource who I know personally.

He got a call from HR and she asked him to resign by EOD. He told me this is happening with many people on the bench.

TwirlyJellybean

So bench people are not mandatory to serve notice?

Forced Resignations

I've seen cases where a company forcibly makes employees resign on their own. To avoid a bad image in the community. It tries to create situations such as not giving projects, demanding absurdly over-time works, stopping pay without prio...

What is "forced to resign"?

Been hearing this a lot these days where companies are firing a bunch of people and forcing some others to resign, to bring down the severance cost.

What are these situations created by these companies which actually force people to res...
