Hey, what is the benefit(s) that you love at your company? Something that you would like to see in all other companies that you work for.
Flex. Amex has a hybrid mode where you can show up to the office two days a week of your choosing. They are cool with full WFH too, as long as it doesn’t impact productivity.
So far they are the only org I’ve seen not pushing everybody back to office for dumb reasons.
I know a lot of starups and also established orgs giving permanent WFH and not asking employees to come back.
And also give hybrid bonus with is extra over your CTC every month
That is cool. We need more of these.

2 days work from office and 3 days WFH. Folks are managing this pretty well.
