Tech Mahindra bench policy
Before joining Tech Mahindra I was having Wipro and CGI for same package but Wipro i didn't join because 5 days WFO and CGI i didn't join because of evening shift now in Tech Mahindra they are telling that project is hold which is hired for me and HT telling search for other opportunities so what can I do can I go ask for CGI and Wipro is it still valid that offer and can I join or do I need to search another opportunity in TechM or outside and bench policy is 45 Days only 20days now

Since your TechM project is on hold, first check if CGI/Wipro offers are still valid (contact their HR). If not, search urgently—both inside TechM (ask HR for open roles) and outside. Don’t wait until the 45-day bench period ends.
