Tech job market check

I switched and got 200% hike , but yea , was a bit underpaid at my last org....so by god's grace at a better compensation rn

The job market is never bad, but only if you're looking in the right direction and making all the right moves. I switched and got a 120 percent hike which I believe is as per the right market value.

Switched. Got 25% hike on the cash component. Total CTC doubled

Not getting call itself, Market is down and very specific skills only getting hired

I am getting a 200% hike in another company , fingers crossed

Got almost 50% but I was severely underpaid in my current role

i got 550% hike. previously was extremely underpaid

I'm getting interviews, and clearing the technical and managerial rounds too, but still did not receive the offer letter, I interviewed at pwc and cognizant,
I have 3 years of experience as Salesforce developer in Accenture with 10.5lpa
I only quoted 15lpa as expected, and both PWC and cognizant offered 14lpa as fixed. I said okay, but still offer letter is not released, PWC HR said the offer went of hold and is with business team, and cognizant hr is just ghosting me
