TDS deducted but not submitted

I worked for a startup during the period of April 2022 - Nov 2022.

I was checking ITR portal & found out they have deducted TDS but not submitted for the month of April May & June (Q1) For the rest of the months they had it deposited.

For me they haven't paid PF and TDS both for the whole financial year. But have been deducted when I see the payslip
