TCS RTO impact on variable

I am very happy to stop going to the office instead of off to reduce my variable pay that is my half salary that is equal to my three month petrol and food expense

Why you are not going to office?

After receiving revised compensation this month my salary has become as same as 5 years back

A huge deduction i never expected this time

Feeling poor and sad to be a part of TCS 😡

They never provide cab. They want people to stay 9 hrs in office and now linking VP to rto is a cheap strategy.

They never pay full VP already and now have got another reason to starve on employee's VP

This is how they are showing profits.

Yes .. depending on % days you complete RTO in Quarter depending on that you will get QVA deducted...

Last quarter it was only 35% without this policy ..

This quarter it will be like nilll ..

Yes if <60% then no QB & PB
